Main Trainer - Raja Selvam
Raja Selvam lectures and teaches internationally and is on the faculties of Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing professional training programs and the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. Raja's increasingly eclectic approach draws from bodywork systems of Postural Integration and Bio dynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy, body-psychotherapy systems of Somatic Experiencing and Bio dynamic Analysis, Jungian and Archetypal psychologies, psychoanalytic schools of Object Relations and Intersubjectivity, Affective Neuroscience, and Advaita Vedanta, a spiritual tradition from India. His current interests are trauma and attachment on one hand and trauma and spirituality on the other.
Senior Assistant - Giselle Genillard
Giselle Genillard lives in New Mexico and holds practices in Peter Levine's "Somatic Experiencing" work in England and France. For the last four years she has been the only SE practitioner in both countries. Giselle is a long-term practitioner of Structural Integration, Cranial and Visceral Therapy, is a licensed Midwife and has been integrating the principals of Peter's trauma resolution in her work for the last five years. Giselle's work encompasses individual session work and small trainings in the UK, US and France; and humanitarian trauma resolution work in areas devastated by natural or manmade disasters. She is developing SE trauma trainings in France and the UK.
