• A professional biography which includes brief descriptions of the following:
  • Personal trauma experienced
  • Description of your current practice
  • Number of clients you see each week
  • Short statement indicating your primary interest in learning Somatic Experiencing
• Two letters of reference from listed professionals in your field (see registration form for full details)

When registration is made for the DVD option, you must attach the following documentation, plus completion of the DVD contract:
